Most physical combat classes such as Outlaws and Soldiers can use two
weapons, one wielded, and one held.

When wielded ambidextrously, the person will attack twice. Understand that
there are drawbacks for soldiers, for if they use two weapons, they cannot
wear a shield, thus unable to utilize the bash skill, or hold another
item such as a light.
