Type:     Miscellaneous Alter
Usage:    concentrate 'deflection' [self only]
Force:    Light Side

This rare power is mastered by only a few Jedi, usually only of the
balanced alignment. A barrier of Force will protect the Jedi from
further Force powers. Any Force powers that are targeted at the Jedi
will immediately bounce back to the concentrator. This is useful
against harmful attacks, but helpful powers can't go through.
Even other's Alter and Dissipate cannot remove Deflection.
