"FASTSHOT"

This is a passive skill.
Incompatible with HYPER MOTION.

A highly trained person capable of firing short-range guns extremely
quickly is known as a fastshot.

Spies with fastshot will randomly release a burst of rounds from his or
her pistol(s) adding an extra attack. With two blaster pistols, one could
do up to 2 extra attacks per round. With one blaster pistol, one could
do up to 1 extra attack per round. This skill is passive/involuntary and
occurs at random. The higher the skill level, the more this occurs.

This skill will work over HYPER MOTION, but HYPER MOTION will not.

Example:
 > kill joe
 You blast Joe extremely hard.
 You blast Joe very hard.
 >
 You suddenly let out a quick burst of rounds with your fast fingers.
 You blast Joe very hard.
 You blast Joe extremely hard.
 You blast Joe very hard.
 You blast Joe hard.
