Usage: fsay [#rank] <message>
       ftell [#rank] <message>
       fsays
       ftells
       toggle ftell

Communicate with all your faction members that are in game.

A '#' symbol may be added before a rank to limit the delivery of the
message to other faction members with ranks at or above the rank
indicated.

Use FSAYS or FTELLS to view past faction communications.
