Usage: mitigate

A trained medic can assist an entire group to regenerate their health
at an accelerated speed. While a person who has the mitigate skill
utilizes it while in a group, all other members who are resting will
receive this mitigation bonus.

Note that changing your position immediately stops mitigation.
