"ELITE SHOT"

This is a passive skill.
Incompatible with HYPER MOTION.

One who is well trained in the elite shot skill will be able to
inflict up to three attacks per round of combat with his or her twohanded
rifle. This deadly skill is currently unlocked in secret ways.
