"EMOTE" ":"
Usage: emote <message>
: <message>
Show people what you're feeling. The shorthand is ":".
"emote <string>" will display your name, then the string.
Example:
If your name is "Heath",
> emote is feeling very sad today.
Heath is feeling very sad today.
EMOTE may now have a target and send different messages to the target and
the rest of the people in the room. To use this feature, enter the
command, then type %t<target> to indicate who you wish to target, and type
out the rest of the message you want to send. Throughout the rest of the
message, you may use %t to send the target name to the room and "you" to
the target. If %t is used without a target or the target is not present in
the room, "%t" in the message will be replaced with "target".
Example for character Arkane:
> emote %tKras wants %t to code more.
Message sent to Kras:
Arkane wants to you to code more.
Message sent to everyone else in room:
Arkanes wants Kras to code more.
