"QUICKDRAW"

Usage: quickdraw [ attack ]

A skilled combatant can switch their equipped weapons with the first two
available blaster pistols or piercers/knives in his or her inventory with
no delay time. If one is utilizing a shield, it will switch only one.

If quickdraw is used during combat, the combatant may quickly attack
with the newly equipped weapon(s) at a lower hit rate.
